The new Ogterop theater in Meppel is being built in a circular manner. The municipality is allocating 1 million euros for this ambition. Alderman Henk ten Hulscher hopes this will help to find more funds that will support his plans with a financial contribution. In addition, it makes an annual difference in accounting.
