The International Contest of Tales and Stories Cicrea, organized by Annunate Editorialenters its final stage. With a suggestive slogan, “Spicy romance” The third edition of the contest invites writers and writers of Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia, Peru, Brazil and Mexico to present original stories before August 31, 2025.
Since its first edition, Cicrea has established itself as a space to give visibility to new voices of Hispanic literature, regardless of previous trajectory. The proposal seeks to stimulate creativity and offer authors the opportunity to see their published works and reach new readers. This year, the thematic axis challenges to explore stories of passionate romance, with diverse and well developed characters, away from clichés and stereotypes.
The contest will grant a Award of 150,000 Argentine pesos to the winning work and the publication of the stories selected in a printed and digital anthology. The bases clarify that the works must be unpublished, written in Spanish and that texts will not be accepted partially or totally generated by artificial intelligence.
The evaluation of the works will be in charge of an international jury formed by:
