Children playing find explosives in the forest, EOD activated

Three children found explosives in Dorst on Saturday morning. While playing in the forest they saw the first explosive lying next to a tree. After removing some moss, they found four more explosives.

Victor (10), Pim (8) and Joris (14) were playing in the woods on Saturday morning when they made their discovery. The boys called the police. The Defense Explosive Ordnance Disposal Service (EOD) then collected the explosives.

War ammunition
Presumably someone with a metal detector dug up the bombs and placed them next to the tree. A specialist indicated that it concerns old war ammunition

Three explosives are mortars. The other two are still under investigation.
