Regional court, room 817. Accused: Fabian S. (44) from Charlottenburg-Nord. An old acquaintance: on June 28, 2016 he was sentenced to 4 years and 10 months in prison.

As a summer camp supervisor, he had severely sexually abused several holiday children. In June 2020 he came out of jail and was under supervision. He was not allowed to approach children.

According to the indictment, he has had a recidivism since May 2022. He let a boy (8) from the neighborhood play on the computer and spend the night with him. It is said to have come again to serious sexual abuse of children.

If he confesses, he faces 5 to 7 years in prison, says the judge. Possibly preventive detention. Then this time he would remain behind bars even after he has served the new sentence.
