Chantal Janzen arouses incomprehension in Rob Goossens by not resolutely ruling out that she still wants to present The Voice of Holland in the future. “That’s a bit crazy,” said the TV connoisseur.
The Voice of Holland is the most controversial TV program in Dutch history. The bizarre misbehavior behind the scenes has created the biggest showbiz riot in our history. The coaches come out one by one as pervert or as scum: from Marco Borsato to Ali B and from Lil ‘Kleine to Glennis Grace.
The Voice back?
It is terrible what happened, Chantal Janzen reacts in front of the camera of RTL Boulevard† “It’s a really terrible situation. I just find it really frustrating also just for everyone involved who never got wind of it. Yes, you should have known.”
Does she think The Voice can return? “I have no idea. I don’t think I’m the person to judge that either. No, I must also confess that I do not think of The Voice and think of all the victims. In my opinion it is secondary to what happens to The Voice afterwards.”
Does Chantal want to continue?
But if RTL 4 decides to return this contaminated format, does Chantal still want to be associated with it? “I don’t really know either. I haven’t thought about that at all. You think at the beginning, okay, I just have to look at this. You see something like this mainly as an outsider.”
And what does she think of the latest riot around Lil ‘Kleine and Glennis Grace? “Awful, what a mess. That’s really just what you think first.”
A little crazy
TV expert Rob Goossens of RTL Boulevard finds it strange that Chantal does not resolutely exclude her possible future cooperation in The Voice, as Anouk did. “I think it’s a little crazy that she thinks there might be a possibility that she’s still on the podium.”
It is really certain that The Voice will not return, according to Rob. “Certainly now that Glennis is already down the drain, I think the chance that we will see The Voice again will go to zero.”
Disaster
