Chancellor Scholz keeps his fingers crossed for DFB women

Chancellor Olaf Scholz (SPD) sent the best wishes to the German footballers for the European Championship mission in England shortly before the start against Denmark (9 p.m. / ZDF and DAZN).

“I wish our DFB women every success for the tournament and keep my fingers crossed for today’s opening game against Denmark,” wrote Scholz on his Twitter channel.

Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock (Greens) and Interior Minister Nancy Faeser (SPD) also sent greetings to London-Brentford for a “good start to the tournament” and a “successful European Championship”.
