In 2024 revenues grew by 25%, reaching an average of 4.4 billion per season in the three-year period 2024-27. And for the 2027-31 cycle the 5 billion barrier will be broken.

The streaming platform, already a Champions licensee in the United States until 2030, is part of the giant born from the merger between Paramount and Skydance which, under the direction of David and Larry Ellison, is acquiring Warner Bros. Discovery for 110 billion dollars.

OTHER TERRITORIES

Well, in the latest round of sales – the one made official yesterday by UC3 – Paramount once again played the leading role, together with another American giant like Disney. UEFA has awarded Champions League rights for the 2027-31 cycle in 19 other territories, covering Europe and the Americas (excluding the United States). The increase, in these geographical areas, was as much as 40%.
