The lots will be drawn at 12 p.m. at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon. It will then be clear which teams will meet in the quarter-finals.

Yes, with the conclusion of the round of 16, the requirement to separate teams from the same country ends.

Are there others Restrictions?

No, there are no longer any seeded teams and there is no political exclusion in sight for the participating teams. Any club can be drawn against any other. The first team drawn has home advantage in the first leg.
