Cedric Cattenoy: “We will maximize the potential of our young football players”
Stating that they will maximize the potential of the players in the academy, Cedric Cattenoy said, “I am very happy to be the new academy director at Samsunspor. I think there is real potential here. We have a very nice facility and I can tell you that it is difficult to find one of the same quality in different countries. Here The facilities are at the highest standards. It will take time to establish a successful academy, but we share the same vision with Fuat Çapa and we know where we want to go. I am very happy to be here and do our best to ensure the development of the children who join our academy as players and individuals. “We will maximize their potential by working in a positive atmosphere,” he said.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Veysel Bilen said, “Our teacher has a very strong academic career, previously wrote four books like an academic, and worked in one of the leading clubs of European football such as Paris Saint-Germain for a long period of 15 years between 2001 and 2016. Mustafa Kemal Erkanat, as many of us know, is a name that has directly contributed to the training of many players who played in important teams in Europe, within the framework of our President’s usual foresight and vision. We have full faith that very important players will be trained in Samsunspor in the future with the opportunities offered to our athletes with the modern infrastructure of the facilities, and that these players will be mentioned a lot in the football scene after they are trained in Samsun and Samsunspor. In this context, our coach Cedric’s experience and knowledge will be transferred to Samsunspor. Our coach will make a great contribution to the infrastructure work of the team, not only in the training and development of players, but also in the training and development of other coaches working in the football academy, and will organize seminars and workshops for their development. “With the above-mentioned training, it will contribute greatly to the training of the younger generation of technicians,” he said.
