Cattle and sheep farmers will be required to vaccinate against 2 types of bluetongue by 2025

Cattle and sheep farmers will be required to have their animals vaccinated against serotypes 3 and 8 of the bluetongue virus next year. The plenary meeting of the House unanimously approved an MR bill on this matter on Thursday night. Cattle must also receive an injection against epizootic hemorrhagic disease (EHD).
