Cars from Red Bull, Mercedes, Ferrari and Co. in the 2024 season

Formula 1 starts the 2024 season. The teams have presented their cars. There are some familiar paint jobs, but also some bright changes.

Here we go again: Formula 1 starts the 2024 season with the Bahrain Grand Prix on March 2nd. After the last season was characterized by Red Bull dominance with 21 victories in 22 races, the neutral fans are now hoping again to a new beginning.

But the fact is: Red Bull and world driver champion Max Verstappen are also considered big favorites this season. The team led by design genius Adrian Newey has a big lead in terms of development. Nevertheless, the racing team has radically changed its car again. At least that’s what Max Verstappen suggested when he said at the presentation of the “RB20”: “They weren’t conservative, to put it that way.”

Behind Red Bull, several teams are racing to catch up. Mercedes, second in the constructors’ championship last year, wants to get back to the top. Ferrari also wants to finally fight for the title again. There is also McLaren, who were Red Bull’s first pursuers in the second half of last season. They will all probably fight for second place again – or even pull off a surprise and attack Red Bull?
