Shaq Thompson was on the pitch for the Carolina Panthers for ten years. However, this long -term liaison now comes to an end. Because the Panthers draw a line under the cooperation with the NFL veteran.
Thompson was recently informed of this by team page. According to their own statements, the panthers move “in a different direction”, while Thompson is now becoming a free agent.
The LineBacker was selected in the first round of the NFL Draft in 2015 and had been able to reach the Super Bowl directly with the Panthers in its rookie season. He played alongside icons like Luke Kuechly and Thomas Davis.
These two are also two out of three players who collected more tackles in their Panthers career than Thompson, who made it to 752 Tackles. It was 135 of them in 2022 when the veteran had his best career year.
