Car thief of singer Sander Kwarten ‘didn’t see children in the backseat’, too little evidence for kidnapping

The man accused of stealing the car of Breda folk singer Sander Kwarten and his wife Sylvana says he did not notice that there were three children in the back seat. The Public Prosecution Service (OM) currently sees insufficient evidence to support the suspicion of kidnapping.
