A motorist and a passenger got a wet suit this afternoon after a car dive into a canal along the Vierslagenweg in New Amsterdam.
For unknown reasons, the car went off the road and ended up in the water. All occupants were able to get themselves to safety. One of the occupants was allowed to go home after being checked in an ambulance. The driver was taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
