A motorist was injured in a crash this morning in Emmen. The driver collided with a traffic light and signage at the intersection of Hondsrugweg near McDonald’s.
It is unclear what caused the driver to leave the road. The victim was taken to hospital by ambulance with unknown injuries. The traffic lights at the intersection went out as a result of the collision. Work is underway to restore it.
