In an accident on the Nieuweweg in Veenoord this afternoon, a car came to a standstill in the front garden of a house.
The driver left the road for an unknown reason, crashed into a tree and then drove into the front yard.
The two occupants of the car were checked in an ambulance, but did not have to be taken to hospital. The police are investigating how the accident could have happened.
