A car caught fire this afternoon while driving in Gasselternijveenschemond. That happened around 5:30 PM on Paterslaan.
The driver managed to park the car safely in time on a driveway in the street. The fire brigade managed to extinguish the fire, but the car sustained significant damage.
No one was injured. It is unknown how the fire started.
