Car bursts into flames after frontal crash – two injured

Two people were injured in an accident on the L38 in the Oder-Spree district of Brandenburg on Friday evening.

The serious accident occurred shortly before 8 p.m. on the L38 between Freienbrink and Hangelsberg.

Two vehicles – one with Berlin license plates – crashed head-on. One of the cars then rammed into a tree, threw itself into a meadow and burst into flames!

According to initial findings, both drivers were injured, one of them seriously. The drivers received first aid on site and were transported to clinics.

The Brandenburg police are now investigating the cause of the accident. The L38 is currently completely blocked.
