Can you imagine what the planet would be like if businessmen had no stress?

Javier Katz is the CEO of Javo Aprende and shares his experience working with hundreds of entrepreneurs and coaches from Latin America, the United States and Spain.

At what point did you decide to do your jump?

When the confinement came I had my experience of spiritual awakening, in which for the first time I was able to question my identity and my behaviors to start living according to my beliefs.

After a few months, I realized that the process I was going through had also reached many people around the world and that we had a possible conversation.

Is that where you began to train as a coach?

No, I am not a coach or a psychologist. I specialized in enhancing my communication, sales, and marketing skills, and I thought of connecting those who have the most value to contribute at this time and those who have the most impact on what is happening on the planet.

Is that how you came to the spiritual coaches?

Yes, I felt that my purpose was to be a channel between the people who come to share ancestral and healing wisdom with the businessmen who make the decisions that end up impacting the lives of thousands or millions of people.

As a society, waking up would mean stopping attacking the effects or consequences and focusing energy on the origin of the conflicts.

How do you imagine a world without stress?

Stress is the origin of scarcity, violence and personal abuse. At the same time, it is the portal that allows you to get to know yourself like never before and empower yourself to transform your life. I imagine a full and abundant world, where we all have the opportunity to fulfill ourselves.
