From pocket knives to jumper cables, blankets and a bottle of water: the National Crisis Center is launching a campaign to make the population “more resilient” in emergency situations. They want to make it clear how to take shelter, evacuate and how to make your own emergency plan. NATO boss Mark Rutte already said about this unrest that it is time for a “war mentality”. The reason is wars and major natural disasters such as floods.
