Cabinet wants NULLINE for government officials, but their colleagues at the municipalities get 7.5%

After half a year of negotiations, the municipalities and the unions have reached an agreement in principle on a new collective agreement. As a result, the 220,000 employees receive a wage increase of 7.5%on average in two years. In July the negotiations for their colleagues start at the government. The cabinet wants to put those officials on the zero line.
