Artists from Flanders and the Netherlands worked on the theme “Collect”. From paintings to textile art and collages, the Zeedijk will be one large open -air gallery. “Here it is in nature, by the sea and it is really everyone who sees it and can enjoy it,” says artist Tom Fiers.
Greet Verhaeghe, ships of culture, is also enthusiastic: “We also involve the stores for the first time, so that art comes even closer to the people.”
Cabin Art runs until September 14 and can be visited free of charge.
