The 2nd round of the DFB Cup has been played. Only ten Bundesliga teams are still in the running. Now it was time for the draw for the round of 16 – with interesting games.

There were only 16 left. The DFB Cup is slowly getting into the hot phase. The round of 16 takes place at the beginning of December. Ten Bundesliga teams and six second division teams are still there and hoping to take home the title.

One thing is clear: there will be some exciting duels in the round of 16. BVB has a fantastic draw and faces Bayer Leverkusen at home. FC Bayern, on the other hand, is coming to the capital to join Union Berlin. At the same time, defending champion Stuttgart had better luck and met second division team Bochum away. RB Leipzig can also breathe a sigh of relief as they host 1. FC Magdeburg.

The games will be played on December 2nd and 3rd.
