Buyers of holiday homes start masslaim against Europarcs, ‘never became the owner’

A buyer of a holiday home booked a resounding victory over Europarcs last year. The Amsterdam court offered the holiday group to repay the entire purchase price due to ‘unfair commercial practices’. Now a claim organization on behalf of 150 other victims wants them to get their money back.
