It’s busy on the road this morning. There are traffic jams in several places in the province.
For example, it is at a standstill on the N34 near Zuidlaren at the connection with the A28. The delay is about 8 minutes. Traffic on the A28 must also take into account a delay of approximately 18 minutes. From Vries towards Groningen-Zuid, traffic is at a standstill for about 11 kilometers.
The ANWB reports that nationally it is the busiest morning rush hour of the year. Around 8 a.m. there was more than 1,100 kilometers of traffic jams on the road.
