The area that was on fire is about two hundred by eighty meters in size. The fire was brought under control around 3 a.m.

Scavenger hunt
According to a 112 correspondent, a nightly search would have taken place in the forest area. Perhaps that is why the tea lights were placed in the forest.

“It is extremely inconvenient to go into the forest with young people in the dark and use burning objects, especially now that it is so dry,” a spokesperson for the security region emphasizes to the AN. The fire brigade would still be working on extinguishing the fire for some time.

burning smell
The fire brigade says that people can suffer from the burning smell caused by the Best wildfire, together with the one in the Peel. “We actively monitor this from the control room.”
