A broken overhead line ensured this morning that no train traffic was possible between Assen and Groningen for hours.
Around 7.30 am the problems arose, which lasted until the end of the morning. The Dutch Railways used express buses between the main station in Groningen and Assen station. As a result, the delaying travelers was limited to around fifteen minutes.
