The German clothing supplier Bugatti GmbH is restructuring its management structure. As part of the reform, Chief Brand Officer (CBO) Florian Wortmann will receive additional tasks.

Wortmann will take on the newly created position of Chief Brand & Commercial Officer on January 1, 2026, the company announced on Thursday. This means that Bugatti is uniting the areas of brand strategy, PR, marketing and sales under one “integrated management” for the first time. The aim of the measure is. “To significantly strengthen customer proximity, brand profile and sales clout”.

The current Chief Brand Officer will also head the sales department in the future

Wortmann came to Bugatti from Baldessarini in 2023. Since then, as Chief Brand Officer, he has “significantly sharpened the strategic direction of the brand,” explained the clothing provider. In his future role, Wortmann will also take on responsibility for sales in order to ensure “closely interlinked 360-degree control across product, communication, PR and sales strategy”.

Julius Brinkmann, the managing partner of the parent company Bugatti Holding Brinkmann GmbH & Co. KG, explained the upcoming promotion. “Appointing Florian to this role is a logical and logical decision for us,” he explained in a statement. “He combines strategic brand management with a deep understanding of customers and brings exactly the experience we need to bring brand and sales even closer together and further strengthen Bugatti’s commercial power.”
