Brunello Cucinelli continues to raise sales targets

Business at the Italian fashion house Brunello Cucinelli SpA continues to be good. On Tuesday, the knitwear specialist set even higher goals for the current year 2022. The company now expects a sales increase of around 28 percent compared to the previous year.

The reason given was that the clothing supplier had achieved “very good sales” in October and November after “brilliant results” in the first nine months. The company has thus raised its forecast yet again. It had previously targeted growth of almost 25 percent.

The situation also seems to be rosy in the medium term: After incoming orders for the spring/summer 2023 season, which were significant in terms of quantity and quality, Brunello Cucinelli is now anticipating a twelve percent increase in sales for the coming year. So far, the corresponding forecast had been +10 percent. If the expectations are met, the company would increase its annual sales to over one billion euros in 2023 and thus pass an “important milestone”, according to a statement.
