On Tuesday evening around 10 p.m., Los Angeles Police Department received a call that a white Mercedes had come to a stop on the highway. When officers arrived, they found Britney in the back seat of a passerby’s car.
According to TMZ Britney told officers she ran out of gas while driving, causing her car to stop in the middle of the highway. Once the police had stopped traffic and the singer was brought to safety, Britney’s new husband Sam Asghari picked her up not long after.
