British tennis team with Murray against the Netherlands in Davis Cup Finals | NOW

The British tennis team will face the Netherlands in the Davis Cup Finals next month with Andy Murray. Cameron Norrie, Dan Evans and doubles specialist Joe Salisbury complete the Great Britain team.

The 35-year-old Murray, currently the number 47 in the world ranking, has regularly been missing from the country tournament in recent years. Coach Leon Smith decided to select the former number one in the world for the group stage of the Davis Cup Finals. Norrie, the global number eleven, is the team’s leader.

The United States and Kazakhstan are also part of the Netherlands’ group. The matches in group D will be played in Glasgow from 13 to 18 September. The Orange squad starts on Tuesday, September 13 against Kazakhstan. The duels with Great Britain and the US will follow on September 16 and 17, respectively.
