British police have arrested an additional man for shooting a 9-year-old girl at her home in the English city of Liverpool. The 33-year-old is suspected of murder and two murder attempts. Police had previously arrested a 36-year-old man in connection with the fatal shooting. The police suspect that the men were involved in a gang war and are calling for witnesses. “We need names.”
