British Ministry of Defense closes billion-dollar deal with Rolls-Royce for core submarines

The British Ministry of Defense has a contract with the name Unity, worth around 9 billion pounds (10.7 billion euros) concluded with Rolls-Royce Submarines Limited. The company will take on the design, production and support services of the nuclear reactors that drive the fleet of submarines from the British navy. For example, 4,000 jobs are retained and another 1,000 jobs are created. The British Ministry of Defense reports this today.
