Bridget Maasland also has to work this summer at the late evening now that RTL Boulevard is going to make a second edition, and she is not happy with that. “I thought that was terrible at Shownieuws.”
The RTL Boulevard team has to work hard this summer, because now that the new late talk show RTL Tonight is working behind the scenes, a place has been released on the late evening. And what that place should fill in? The new RTL Boulevard Summernight, from Monday around the clock of 10.15 pm, as a talk show otherwise can be seen.
“Really terrible!”
Bridget Maasland, one of the presenters of the program, has to get used to it. “Yes, I’m not so good at going away again in the evening, I always thought that was terrible at Shownieuws,” she complains in the Weekend.
In the end, RTL Boulevard, even with that extra edition, is still less than a part -time job for Bridget. Moreover, she can stay at home in the early evening if she is already expected at the late evening. “It is not that we also do the first edition. It is really one of the two and then it must work.”
Gym
However, it remains kneed, says Bridget. “I go to the gym in the morning and then the day starts. In the case of the late edition you actually only have to peak at 10 pm. I find that tough, yes. But for me that is only one week, that can be overseen.”
She also goes on vacation for three weeks, including with her son Mees, she concludes. “And when he has been gone with his father for three weeks, I will either do the first or the late edition of Boulevard.”
