After Germany and Austria, Breuninger is now also launching its digital marketplace concept in the Netherlands.
The Stuttgart-based fashion retailer is expanding its Dutch online shop offering to include the concept, which is currently “successfully established” in Germany with around 300 partners, Breuninger announced on Wednesday. The partner and product portfolio will then be gradually expanded “in order to tailor the offering to the individual needs of customers on the Dutch market”.
Most recently, the online shop range for Dutch customers has already been expanded to include the beauty category.
Breuninger has been expanding its marketplace activities since 2020. At the end of February, the start of the marketplace activities in Austria was announced, for the first time outside the home market. Other international markets will follow gradually, according to Stuttgart.
