Failure to follow police status is not the same as ‘peaceful demonstration’, as XR says it operates. The radical activists break the law time and time again, but because the authorities do not follow this in the form of a punishment, they continue to continue and try to win sympathy by spreading lies about themselves. Lik-on-piece is necessary to stop this.
Tsunami on demonstrations
The same figures regularly appear at the tsunami of noisy demonstrations throughout the country. Some are known where they are working. For example, a Radboud University employee spends part of the week online and on the street to take action. That is unclear of others.
Demonstrating is a fundamental right. But everyone who participates in protests day in, day out is a professional activist. And if this is your profession, then the employer – read activist club – must pay the salary. Not society in the form of benefits. It is time to break the taboo on this.
