Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s daughter Zahara applies to remove the name “Pitt” from her surname, reports People.
Zahara filed a name change petition with the California Supreme Court on April 28, just days after her brother Maddox Jolie also legally sought to remove their father’s last name.
Zahara is the third child of the former couple, who have filed to legally remove their Pitt surname, after Maddox and Shiloh.
Zahara has not used the Pitt name for a long time, instead introducing herself as Zahara Marley Jolie.

Neither does Zahara’s sister Vivianne no longer using the Pitt name.
Brad and Angelina have six children. The couple’s breakup was contentious. Angelina filed for divorce in 2016, after which the legal battle began. The divorce was approved in 2019. One of the reasons for the divorce has been considered to be Pitt’s alcohol use, which he himself has admitted.
In a contentious divorce, the children have largely placed themselves behind their mother. Pitt has almost no contact with his adult children.
