Third collection of professional regulators and fashion brand looks behind the scenes with their third joint capsule collection, the world Circle sailor Boris Herrmann and the responsible family company Olymp Bezner KG from Bietigheim-Bissingen (district of Ludwigsburg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany) in addition to organic cotton on a tracable supply chain.

Mark Bezner, managing partner of Olympus, explains: “As part of our sustainability commitment, we will keep our consistent course of recent years in a targeted manner. With our third Boris Herrmann X Olympus Collection, we not only underline our range design carried out, but also provide transparent insight into the origin of the products. We create further lighthouses for sustainability.”

Transparent supply chain and ecological responsibility in focus

In April 2025, the third joint collection under the heading “Uncover” will follow on “All Nature” in the summer of 2024 and “No Dye” in autumn 2024. The basis of the seven -part capsule collection again forms natural materials from renewable raw materials. The limited Boris Herrmann X Olympition shows transparently which way the clothing has covered. All production steps of the three shirts, two T-shirts as well as the polo and overhirts can be traced digitally on the company website: from spun yarn to the central warehouse in Bietigheim-Bissingen. In addition, the greenhouse gas emissions caused can be viewed per piece of clothing.

The entire collection is made of organic cotton and certified according to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) by Ecocert Greenlife (license number 179929). With the special coloring technique and the washed-out effect, every garment becomes unique. Olympus thus continues the high claim to transparency. For years, the responsible family business has been open to all its partner companies on its website and consistently develops supplier management as part of its membership in the Multi-Stakeholder initiative Fair Wear. Since 2018, the company has also opened openly to the greenhouse gas emissions caused by the company headquarters and measures to reduce them.

Sustainability label “Green Choice” and partnership with Boris Herrmann

The limited capsule collections between Boris Herrmann and Olympus each devote themselves to a central challenge of product design and present innovative sustainability and design ideas. The collections are part of the sustainability label “Green Choice” introduced in autumn 2021. This marks the Olympus Products that stand in particular for ecological sustainability. The demanding strategy behind Green Choice is based on three pillars: the use of more sustainable materials, more environmentally friendly production and more sustainable product packaging. Independent seals such as GOTS and Oeko-Tex® Made in Green as well as established brand fibers such as Tencel TM verify the broad entrepreneurial commitment.

The ambassador of the ambitious program is Boris Herrmann, skipper from the Malizia team. With him Olympus not only has a multi-award-winning professional sailing athlete at his side. Boris Herrmann was the first German in 2020 to take part in the prestigious Vendée Globe, which is considered the hardest one -handed regatta in the world and in which he set sail for the second time in November 2024. With “A Race We Must – Climate Action Now!”, The Malizia Mission Mission for Climate Protection, Boris Herrmann is also committed to a clear sustainability message and is therefore the ideal partner for Olympus.
