According to Weerman Jan Visser, the bleak weather is caused by Storm Amy, who houses above Scotland and Ireland. It starts today with a number of large rain fronts, and from tomorrow it will also be stormy with us.
We do not yet know whether it will actually come to a storm, but strong gusts of wind are expected along the coast. From the end of the afternoon, from the west showers travel over our province that can be good for about fifty millimeters of precipitation until Saturday evening.
Code yellow for strong wind
The KNMI has announced yellow for Saturday and Sunday in connection with the strong wind. Not the same reason to panic, but the weather service warns people to be extra alert to tightly securing around -flying objects and garden furniture.
After the weekend the temperatures go up slightly and the sun may show itself occasionally. It remains changeable: some rain is also expected.
