The body was found on the beach near ‘de Rotonde’ and Octave Van Rysselbergheplein. The West Flanders Public Prosecutor’s Office appointed a medical examiner to examine the body. It is currently unclear who it concerns.
The police had already set up a spacious perimeter on the Zeedijk, near ‘the Roundabout’ towards the center of Middelkerke.
