Bocas Abiertas: the fair that brings together chefs and producers

From November 3 to 6, Bocas Abiertas will be held, the Sanisidrense fair that brought together more than 60,000 people in 2021. Throughout four days you will be able to enjoy the gastronomy of thirty stalls commanded by chefs from restaurants in the North Zone, a producers’ market with more than 35 producers that will offer outstanding bakery products, cheeses, chocolates, mate, sauce, liquors , preserves and other culinary supplies, as well as cooking classes by expert chefs such as Germán Torres, Juliana and Máximo López May, Mauricio Asta, Mecha Solís, Ana Ortuño and several others.

There will also be two special spaces: the World of Gin Tonic, where those present will be able to try cocktails from at least six prestigious gin brands and a Premium Mixer national tonic water, as well as a space dedicated to the World of Wine, with the possibility of tasting various labels .

Among the dishes that can be tried on those days are the Wagyu beef taco with Agave shepherd dressing, the Alo’s fish and bacon burger, King prawn taco and kimchi mayonnaise by Tree Compañía de Cocina, Panchito de marucha with homemade chimi mayonnaise and pai potatoes from Nero and Bubi, braised wild boar donut with pickles and sauce from L’atelier or Chipá mbocá stuffed with sweet potato hummus, tomato chutney, lettuce and herbs from Lupe García.

There will be live bands playing throughout the four dates, a space dedicated to children with games and entertainment proposals, a calm style sector with yoga classes, meditations, massages and more, and a gastronomic museum that covers the gastronomic scene in the world.
