Boateng made Hertha hot with a fiery cabin speech

Boateng shines and Hertha shines! Together with the coach, he designed the winning plan and went ahead on the field against HSV.

The Berliners manage to stay up in the league with a 2-0 win in the relegation second leg at HSV (first leg 0-1).

Leader Kevin-Prince Boateng (35) rejoices: “We did what nobody believed.”

Hertha comes to the rescue because Boateng is leading the way – even before the kick-off.

Together with coach Felix Magath (68), he designs the victory plan. Boateng: “Huge respect, he gave me a free hand. Together we got a strong team on the pitch.”

Which surprisingly comes up in Hamburg with a midfield lozenge and Boateng as a ten – a move that takes the opponent by surprise with the lozenge in their coat of arms.

Eminem ran in the dressing room

While still in the dressing room, Boateng makes his colleagues hot with a speech: “I asked the guys if they were hungry. They said they were hungry. So I said: Let’s go out and eat!” The song “Lose Yourself” by Eminem ran along with it.

The Prince then served ball after ball to his teammates on the pitch and was always playable. He lasted 89 minutes – the highest value of the season. Was it the last of his career?

Boateng (contract expires): “I still want to, I’m in a good mood. You can now have conversations in peace.”
