Recently there was directors’ dealings at BMW. The transaction was made public on June 2nd, 2025. Board of Directors Nedeljkovic, Dr. Milan increased his investment in BMW shares on May 30, 2025. Nedeljkovic, Dr. Milan granted 2,780 shares of EUR 78.60 each. That day the BMW share showed profits. In the FSE session, the paper went up by 0.40 percent to EUR 78.62.
The BMW share ultimately noted the BaFin in the FSE trade on the official report day with discounts of EUR 1.50 percent at EUR 76.68. Overall, the FSE volume rose to 6,466 BMW shares. BMW is currently marking a market value of EUR 47.50 billion. The number of shares in the free float amounts to 560,571,776.
