SV Wehen Wiesbaden can probably finally bury its promotion dreams. The SVWW lost its home game against Kellerkind MSV Duisburg on Saturday with 0:1 (0:0) and remains stuck in the middle of the table. Aziz Bouhaddouz scored the only goal of the day with a header (62nd minute). Bouhaddouz later awarded a penalty kick for the Zebras (77th).
It was a game on a manageable level in the Wiesbaden Arena. The SVWW had an urgent phase at the beginning of the second half, but despite the best chances, they couldn’t get the ball under the goal. The Hessians then had no answer to the 0:1, Bouhaddouz had beheaded Mockenhaupt, from whom the ball tumbled into the goal.
