The mandatory addition of biofuels to the pump entails an additional cost of one billion euros per year for Belgian consumers. This is apparent from a study conducted by Bond Beter Leefmilieu (BBL) and Inter-Environnement Wallonie (IEW), which L’Echo reported on Saturday.
