Billie Eilish releases new acoustic songs

Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas know how to make a lot out of little. The duo also shows this on the two new songs “TV” and “The 30th”. The acoustic tracks are part of the Guitar Songs EP that was released recently.

“Finneas and I wanted you to hear them as soon as possible. So here they are!!” wrote Billie Eilish on social media. The song “TV” was already part of the “Happier Than Ever” world tour and premiered during a performance in Manchester. By the way: At the end of the official version you can hear a live recording from the AO Arena in Manchester.

New album earlier than expected?

Fans may already be able to look forward to a new record next year. The singer is already working on new music with Finneas in the studio. “Theoretically I want to do a song and put out an album next year,” she said in an interview with Billboard.

The pop star released her current album “Happier Than Ever” almost a year ago and was immediately able to build on the success of her predecessor “When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?”. The record reached the top of the American and German charts. Eilish first experimented with bossa nova and jazz-pop influences in her songs.
