Former US President Bill Clinton stayed away from a hearing in the House of Representatives on Tuesday, where he was to be questioned about his ties to sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The Democrat could therefore be prosecuted for obstruction of Congress. Hillary Clinton has also announced that she will not appear before the committee on Wednesday.
