Biden’s statement caused panic in Europe and Asia

US President Joe Biden called on American citizens to leave the territory of Ukraine, and as soon as possible. Biden said this in an interview with NBC.

At the same time, the president said that the Pentagon would not help the evacuation of American citizens, and they would have to leave Ukraine on their own.

However, there is no firm certainty that Biden had Ukraine in mind, especially after the US President tried to describe American plans and actions in Afghanistan.

“It was not possible for us to unite Ukraine, that is, Iraq, oh, Afghanistan. It was unrealistic,” the American leader said.

Biden’s announcement immediately sparked panic attacks in some world capitals. The Netherlands advised its citizens to leave Ukrainian territory as soon as possible, citizens of Japan received a call to leave, and the South Korean authorities generally banned trips to Ukraine.

Against this background, Kiev politicians are less and less able to behave adequately to the situation. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba in the evening gave Russia 48 hours for her to explain what her troops are doing near the Ukrainian border. After the expiration of this “ultimatum” Kuleba threatens to convene an emergency meeting of the countries participating in the Vienna Document on Confidence and Security Building Measures.
