Biden: Putin miscalculated over Ukraine occupation
US President Joe Biden said his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin had miscalculated the Russian occupation of Ukraine. Putin has completely misjudged his prospects, Biden said in an interview with CNN.
Biden said he saw Putin as a man who normally acts rationally, but acted irrationally when he decided to attack Ukraine. Biden spoke to CNN after the latest Russian attacks on Ukrainian civilian targets.
