In public, they present themselves as a dream couple. But behind the scenes, the marriage between Beyoncé Knowles and Jay-Z is said to be anything but good. After 15 years they are in the middle of a crisis.
A family friend revealed to BILD that the couple are already sleeping in separate bedrooms and that finances are the only reason why there is no divorce yet.
The two have accumulated a combined fortune of around two billion dollars. Divorce would be a nightmare for both of them.
They have three children together with daughter Blue Ivy (11) and twins Rumi and Sir (5). But Jay-Z feels restricted in the marriage. Again and again there are rumors about affairs.
Beyoncé, on the other hand, feels pressured by her husband, who is also her manager. Instead of pushing her music career further and further, she would rather take it easy and take care of her children more.
